The all-new menu, drawing inspiration from Māori tradition and contemporary cuisine, is now gracing the Business Premier cabins on all long-haul flights departing from New Zealand.

The "A Taste of Aotearoa" menu takes centre stage with its celebration of native flavours, including the exquisite Superfood Salad featuring horopito-dusted New Zealand salmon, the mouthwatering Creamy Kawakawa Mushrooms on rye toast with sautéed spinach and grilled tomatoes, and the delectable Ahia™ Smoked Moki on kawakawa blini.
Air New Zealand collaborated hand-in-hand with renowned local suppliers, ensuring that the menu showcases fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
