Kiwi Honey Industry Aims To Sweeten Its Global Presence By 2030

A plan to revitalise New Zealand's honey sector and set it on a new, more sustainable and profitable path for the long term has received a funding boost through the MPI Sustainable Food and Fibre Futures Fund.

Apiculture New Zealand (ApiNZ) CEO Karin Kos talks to Dom George about their big dreams to give the honey sector a glow-up including an ambitious game plan, 'Thriving Together,' which is all about doubling honey exports by 2030. 

She also touches on the challenges the industry has faced in recent times but remains optimistic about the future ahead.
