After graduating from AUT with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Journalism in 2021, Jayden joined Today FM as a Digital Content Producer in January 2022.
As a part of the Today FM digital team, Jayden's contribution helped amass over 30,000 TikTok followers, 4,500 Instagram followers, and over 10,000 Facebook followers in the 13 months before the station was eventually shut down.
Jayden is an avid viewer of a wide variety of sports and during his time at Today FM worked alongside NZ Cricket, including the Blackcaps and White Ferns, in a content collaboration to provide live commentary, digital and written content covering their 2022/23 international season.
Hailing originally from Wellington, but living in Auckland most of his life, this new role at Rural Exchange has given Jayden a chance to learn more about rural New Zealand which he is keenly grasping.
